    they slippery a lot when its raining!!! so im going to buy new ones this month, suggestions????

    That's not likely to be an issue down in Florida.... Unless we get that new Ice Age they were telling us was going to happen back in the 1970's.

    ..goodrich, i was thinking on falken, ..but reallly i need to change the type or size or something, cause its slippering a lot! and sometimes its not funny!! ( i dont think thAT the Ice Age its coming to miami, i dont hink so really, hehe.)

    2005 Toyota 4 runner
    Changed the differential fluid in my 2005 4 runner with 150,000 miles. Fluid was deep brown but had viscosity.

    Won't let it go this long again. Many say 50,000, but 100,000 on tranny or differential is OK IMO. Can't remember when the last time was it all got drained, so I wrote the date on the bottle of Valvoline in magic marker and keep it in the garage.

    Took 45 minutes. 2+ quarts of SAE 90W. Two 24mm bolts. Had Valvoline 85W 90 at $5 a quart.

    Why make an appointment at the dealer?

    The head mechanic at the local GM/Honda dealer (a fishing buddy), drives a Silverado truck with 120,000 miles, so I asked him when he last changed his. Never, he replied!
