First I have a brand new URD 2.825 pulley with install tool. Brand new. This is meant for the 4.0L TRD supercharger. 1.5-2psi increase in boost.

    $100 shipped.

These next items will go nicely with the above. The sensor modules are brand new. PLX AFR, and boost modules. These pair up with plx's kiwi wifi/obd2 reader. The reader can display obd2 info and the sensor modules marry with the kiwi to display boost and AFR. The kiwi reader is used. But works perfectly. Meant to be paired with a iPhone. Note you must purchase a app to display this stuff on your phone. Dash command, rev are the popular two.

    $120 for AFR
    $80 for boost
$100 for kiwi-wifi/obd2 reader w/imfd hookup for external sensors

    Or $250 for all three.

I have URD header to y-pipe gaskets and jba header gaskets. Brand new. $40 for both

Mishimoto generic catch can, brand new. $75

Does the wideband allow any tuning or is it just the reader?

It just reads the AFR. You will then need a gauge or iPhone with an app to display it.
