Yep. There is a nice foam pad on the handle bars and he left a permanent dent in it!

    Well back in a yota.

Making a slight whining noise when under acceleration, or even just tapping the accelerator, and the shifter was tough to shift into low gear but i fixed that on accident my pulling a little to hard so it shifts smoothly now.

Haven't narrowed down the whine but i'll played with it a little offroad. Rides great, decent power considering how much weight its carrying.

Kinda what I started thinking, rear locker engages fine and everything so was thinking maybe change the rear fluid and check it out? Previous owner says it was just changed and I have a receipt for it.

Put the rear end up on jack stands and let it roll in 1st gear. Carefully slide under it and listen to the diff through a hose (hillbilly stethascope). If it's the rear diff you will know right away. You could always just pop the axles out a few inches and pull the third too.

My diff would only whine under load. I set my e-brake about halfway to create a load (so you need someone to use the throttle). It worked and we realized the sound was the pinion bearing.

Looks like a sweet rig buddy! Does it sound like the whine is in the rear?

Thats good thinking..girlfriend is a nurse so I can use her stethascope.

Kinda how I have been the past few days cant lie lol guess I need ot try to get in on the next camping trip

I feel like that would need to be done...I cant remember off the top of my head. Even driving on flat surfaces at soon as i get to 35mph and i just tap the accelerator it will whine.

Thanks, Im pretty happy with it.
It's really hard to tell if the whine is in the rear or not from the driver seat..it seemed to today it made a slight noise as soon as I let off the accelerator as well. Even when I ran it through 2nd and 3rd gears alone it seemed to do it.

On a happier note I made a purchase for the new rig. I hadn't planned on getting one for quiet some time but a friend was selling his brand new 50" cree dual row led bar for a price I couldn't pass up. $500 new, got it for $350. Lol let the unnecessary mods begin yet again!!

Well I hear Garden City is typically referred to as Garden Shitty, but that's all I know... haha Mark could probably help you out here.

I'm looking for jobs in Boise (no luck so far) and from what I've read on this almighty interwebs, Nampa appears to have a gang problem but all the other surrounding towns/suburbs are pretty good (Eagle, Meridian, Star, etc.)

I guess like all the other cali residents moving to the area the gangs came too.

Funny, I plan on ditching Kali for ID also. Been eyeing the Couer d'alene area.
