Tapping into cigarette outlet

Hi Im trying to tap into my cigarette lighter for power, I don't have a multimeter and was wondering if the green wire to the outlet is hot or the black and white wire is hot? Thanks
It's a 2012

 

light green is the hot. white with black stripe is the ground wire throughout the truck AFAIK.

 

Thank you very much. I have everything pulled apart just trying to figure out best way to tap into it without cutting any wires. I made some quick disconnects but can't fit it into the trucks connectors.
