Kirby...one suggestion. Get a better camera!!!...lol Is that a UFO shot or a Bigfoot?? I hate blurry pics...LMAO!

 

He took those with an iphone that was dropped in a cup of coffee... His wife is actually a photographer, so she has a pretty badass camera.

 

I kept my stock one w/ pro comp spacer for that very reason. Just can't wheel with those....might pull them apart during flex. But can drive to work.

Eventually I'll get some 2.0's or 2.5's and I figure if I'm going to pay that much for shocks I might as well get the rebuilding supplies too. All you need is the replacement parts (~$25 shipped for a pair of shocks), maybe some extra oil, and a nitrogen bottle/regulator. The real skill is in tuning the shocks, but if you don't change the size or positions of the different washers then it's pretty simple.

 

Nate...so you gonna rebuild my shocks as well when they need??...

As far as the front bumper...gonna do OEM Super White...no plasti-dip on that. Thought about using Dupli-color and spraying it myself. Still undecided...

 

Oh it will be a while before I get coilovers, let alone the rebuilding kit lol. And I didn't mean PD on the front bumper, I meant PC (powdercoat) I think it would hold up a lot better than paint.

Rebuilding the coilovers is not the problem. Lots of tutorials. Recharging the shock with 250 PSI of nitrogen is the problem.

You can get the regulator and hose kit for around $125, then gaspro for a 10# cylindar. Just gotta get up the nerve to work with so much pressure lol

I like the idea of rebuding them myself as I like to tinker, and if I get a nitrogen bottle and regulator I could start filling my tires with nitrogen too

 

My bad Nate.... I knew what you meant and I replied based on PD not PC obviously... Brain fart... I'm sure the PC would be stronger in the end, but I'm just worried about the match in color. My OCD would kill me!...lol The end game is to "Not!" hit the bumper against other solid objects as with the current one...lol

if you get good at rebuilding/valving coilovers you can make a pretty penny off of people like me...haha
