    truth. I ran a 5k about 5 years ago in 26 mins....that was the day I swore off cardio in pursuit of gainz.

    I start a new job Nov 3rd with BNSF and will be traveling a lot but they will pay for gym time where ever we are working. We also have a garage gym and my wife is starting personal training at a private gym that Ill have access to.
