Yeah I dont really care.. my heart wont last that long anyways so no point in trying to get my hopes up. Im like 2 mm away from needing surgery so I figure next year or the year after at the latest.

Not being a pessimist, id rather just know that it is what it is and not get my hopes up. My biggest worry is the depression that hits people after open heart surgery. I already go through depression now so I cant imagine what thats gonna be like. Hopefully ill be one of the lucky ones and it wont bother me.

Wish I could have been there, really admire the build page one day il see the beast in person

A good friend of mine was depressed last year when his dad had to go get surgery, he had a triple by pass or something like that, his dad was the least worried about it since he had helped engineer the stuff going into his heart

Thats actually pretty awesome. Im going with a pigs valve tho. I have to have surgery every 5-15 years but it means my life wont be restricted. If I go artificial I have to be on cumidin the rest of my life and thats not something I want to go through

Ha. I was just about to say that they are "active" on FB. I have another friend with a Nismo 350. He and a couple other locals track their cars regularly. They all mentioned how slow their forums were though.

Sorry I cant spell. Coumadin (Warfarin). Its an extreme blood thinner. Meaning you cant do anything that would make you bleed, raise your heart rate too high, and you would need taken off it for 2 days before having any surgery. Its what killed my Grandma. She broke her hip and she would have been fine but because they took her off the meds then put her right back on them she had a stroke and ended up in a coma and past away a couple days later

Damn! I'm sorry to hear that, I'm putting that in my book of never to take. My grandpa passed from emphysema so I haved pretty much stopped my hookah smoking, idk why I did now but I feel better about it, but by quitting I have switched to vaping which I don't know is any better but I would like to think so
