5100 set at top. No lift at all ???? New coil springs?

    Bilstein 5100 front and rear OME 882, OME Dakar, American Racing baja AR172 15x8, BFG KM2 32X11.50
    I put 5100 all the way around on my 02 tacoma.. The front didn't lift at top setting. How do I know if I need new coil springs and which ones should I get.. My truck has a rear high rake how do I tell if there is a aal? How many leafs are on stock suspension. Any pics or comments help.
