Does anyone use the app Bodyspace to find good workouts?

bodyspace is owned by bb.com, so I'm sure they're good, as long as they're rated high. I've some really good ones on there, as well as some really shitty ones.

I'm taking this week to do a deload of sorts. Instead of doing my upper and lower days, I'm going to take this week and do the traditional chestntris, backnbis, legs, and shoulder days. Today was chestntris:

    flat bench: 135x10, 225x10, 315x1, 225x8, 185x10, 135x10
    pec dec flys: 3 sets of 15 @ 150
cable crossovers: 3 sets of 12 @ 70 lbs per arm
    svend press: 3 sets of 15, 10, 10 w/ 25 lb weight
    v-grip triceps pushdown: 3 sets of 15 @ 200 lbs
    close-grip bench press: 3 sets of 12, 10, 10 @ 115 lbs
single arm cable pulldowns: 3 sets of 12 @ 50 lbs per arm

Doing my deload this week too, works out perfect coming off a small shoulder injury so havnt done any overhead work in 2 weeks, now i can ease back into it without having to jump back on my programing

Lucky! I had to have the tendon in my rotator cuff reattached back on Sep 3rd. Been in physical therapy 3x a week for the last 4 weeks. My therapist said that after this week I can start easing back into the gym, also said that because I'm fairly muscular and healthy I'm recovering a lot faster than most. I've lost 26lbs since the surgery, it sucks but I can't wait to start getting back in the gym next week... hopefully. However, I still won't have a full recovery until the end of January or so.

Ahh bummer bro, i just had a small strain/tear in my teres minor. So took 2 weeks off to be safe cuz i was having an issue with external rotation nothing major at all. Wasnt even from working out either lol.

First day snatching in 2 weeks tho was hitting doubles at 175 power snatch no problem actualy felt better than usual, wana go for 1rm snatch and clean next week goals like a 305 or 315 squat clean and 235 or 245 snatch havnt maxed my clean in 3 months probably and havnt maxed my snatch in a month

aiight so I have been creeping super stealthily in this thread for a while and I am finally getting back into fitness after not working out in a little under a year. I'm done with excuses and I'm jumping back into it. I'm not looking to get huge but I do look forward to cutting some fat and packing on a little muscle. Oh and its crossfit. let the :crapstorm: begin :D
