It was going thru my mind at the time the deck is getting replaced in the near future. Why don't I just hook the truck to the deck and pull the whole thing out anyways?

It's been friday for me since May 2nd.

So ready. Been kind of nice though for the last month though. I actually feel like i'm on vacation. 5 months of pain, surgery's, what if's and 4 weeks of enjoying time off. But yea, i'm ready.

 

Yeah, it's been a journey for you. So did you put a gym mat on the floor at the bottom of those steps?

lol. No. The landing is very small. If I were to guess I would say its less than or maybe 3ft. I'm very lucky that I didnt land any other way. I could have easily just snapped my neck or a vertabre and just laid there and died.

Anyway.. I took some advise from my 90 yr old grandmother when she came to visit. I often go down the stairs in the dark without turning the light on. So she suggested I put some grip tape or a piece of carpet on the very last step.

 

Me too....and I've busted ass 2 times in the 12 years I've had my current house.

Just finished installing my hood struts. My son helped me. Only catch was we had to relocate the black box that I installed for all my lighting relays. It was a little high for the strut to clear closed.
