Squats and deads are my favorite... I never do bench.. Ever.
I don't really do any upper body other than some pull ups and some Olympic lift movements that incorporate upper body

Picked up my first pair of running shoes ever at lunch today. I hate cardio. So I decided to make it my bitch today. Ran/ walked 2.5 miles in 25 minutes. Mostly run but had to slow down to catch my breath a couple times. It can only improve from there. I chose crossfit because I enjoy the friendly competition at the classes. Whether people are better than me or worse it makes me want to be better whenever I see anyone doing it too. I like lifting at the gym but all my friends are stupid cocks and can't keep a schedule for more than a week. I am not disciplined enough to go and push myself hard alone the way I do with someone else working out with me.

300+ will be mine. I'm giving it a month before i try again. Felt REALLY good tonight, but figured I'd wait. Instead, did 205, 225 x6, then 245, 265, 275 x4. I was happy with that. If I can keep doin that for a few weeks I should throw up 300 easily.

I don't know how much you guys are all in to pre/post workouts, but if you want a clean energy with some good clean ingredients check out "Jym supplement science"
Pre JYM and Post JYM is what I have been taking and have noticed increased results. I'm not saying this to create hype for a company cause I could care less, just some food for thought. All the supplements are backed with reasoning and science no BS or fillers. I purchased through bodybuilding.com not to horrible on pocketbook if you get it on sale. Best of luck

Try making your own. I use creatine, beta alanine, dextros powder. And then either protien powder or bcaas

Where do you get your stuff from?

I've tried twice, but the store I tried buying through Amazon always runs out of stuff, and I end up canceling instead of waiting a month

I was gonna try an arginine/beta alanine/caffeine/bcaa/citrulline malate mix
