I was thinking the same thing! When I hear "Been out of the dating game for a while" I think, like you probably, that it has been 10-15 YEARS. lol.

Hey OP. Don't sweat it at all. To be honest it sounds like you are over-thinking it all. Go out with her and have a good time, and don't worry about a relationship. Hell, you just met! See if a one-on-one date was fun, and when the day is over, depending on how you feel, and your thoughts, ask her out again right then. You don't have to make specific plans. Just say like "Hey Jennifer, I had a great time with you today. I would really like to go out again with you. Is there something that YOU like to do, that we can try next time?" What that does is several things:
    1. It lets her know you enjoyed spending time with her
    2. It lets her know that you want to go out with her again
    3. It shows that you are willing to try something SHE might like

Note, don't say "I'd like to hang out with you again". Specify you want to make it a date: ("I'd like to go out with you again" or "I'd love to take you out on another date") That way there is no question you are looking at her as a dating partner, not a "friend zone" person.

Take your time, but make sure that IF you do like her, that you let her know early on that you are looking at her as a date, not a friend.

I get the whole be myself thing but in terms of flirting or making the first move whether kissing or whatnot I have no clue how to go about or pick up on. That's the bigger issue haha.

NOBODY can tell you when the right time to make the first move, or to kiss or not. Only Her or you will know that. Hell, for all you know she may want to kiss YOU first, and be nervous. There IS not answer to that parts for you.

also if she complements something of yours or something u do do not be extremely grateful as if u never get complements or that it kinda suprises u that she notices ur success. I.e. her "you're really funny" your response should be something to the effect of "not really" or "whatever" or "ur just being nice" in my experience, women dont like arogance and if u come off with mabye just a slight self esteme issue, this problem should be avioded, plus subconciously she is going to get in her head that if the things that she can see are impressive to her, u feel are not that special, she will think that other parts of your life must be extremely impressive.
