The problem is I have no way of learning how to drive a manual now. Unless I go to a dealer and tear up a brand new car....

 

Not certain yet. I did talk with Alex at Columbia Overland about a custom kit that would use 2 yellow tops instead of 2 Odysseys. Not sure if that will go anywhere.

honestly find a friend that has a manual car and that is a good teacher. Learning on your own will be hard. Plus no point unless you have access to one all the time as it'll take a good few weeks of constant use to get semi good at it. and a good month or two before you are semi smooth at it.

Yea i know Steve had issues with his Colombia kit and two odysseys. the battery terminals kept hitting his hood.

I know the yellow top metal cage i have you can just put two back to back. But im not sure if it'll fit in the front..id think it would. But could be verrrryyy tight.

 

They actually make a kit now for 2 group 35 Odysseys in the stock location. The kit moves the overflow bottle but it does fit without any other mods.

I think it might be the same seller. It was the same price and it came from Seattle too. I just say that it was a guys name on the paypal account. They only had one unit available. Maybe they found another one and I just got lucky.

It would be very tight. Would mean having to re-route all my winch, PIAA and LF wiring as well as relocating a couple of fuse holders for the amps.

The Yellow Tops are dimensionally very similar to the Odysseys except for height. They are about an inch shorter.

 

I held mine in there and they fit. But didn't want to relocate the coolant overflow..in retro spec..that would be stupid easy.

I do remember the biggest turn off for me for any of these kits is how much the battery over hangs the wheel well and isn't supported. Just too much hanging out there and i was worried about how it would handle the abuse the truck puts on it.

This ^^^ is correct. That is is a good inch wider overall and will not fit according to my calculations.
