    Thats why i said no dip, and yes kodiak i dont like push presses...i hardly do them, always strict presses or jerks when doing my oly and strength shit

    Going in to do some squats today. gonna try to hit 10 sets of 5 with 410. then come back home and do cardio for 15 mins.

    Eh the only OHP I do is push press... Good enough. I did #175 at 3 reps last night. I might be able to 135 ohp strict... Never done it though.

    You want strong shoulders? Don't bend your legs. Bent knees don't help your shoulders

    Want a strong back? Don't kip. Flailing doesn't equal gainz

    Not realy cheating. Its a usefull movement for sure, just diffrent. If u gota lift something heavy overhead and your not in the gym working on strength, are u gona strict press it? I doubt it...your gona use ur leg power cuz there stronger than your shoulders (id hope)

    this. Yeah it isn't going to get the strength of the shoulders like working up to the same weight being strict, but I think it focuses more on actual movements that you would use. I'm not going to not use my legs lifting something heavy outside of the gym. there is a valid reason for both, just comes down to preferences. I like mixing up the two

    Tell the worlds strongest man for shoulder press that using his legs is bad for pressing... Kipping pullups is stupid beyond any fucking reason. However, push press is used by even the worlds strongest men, gotta count for something.
