My self and a groups of guys had a great casual shoot out in the desert this past Sunday. Any of you guys up for a shoot, not too crazy, I would like to come back afterward.... I have a few firearms and plenty of ammo.

Wait for group by options during the holidays and people selling stuff. There was a brand new set of TC arms a week ago for 100$ less. SDHQ also offers a TW discount so just keep shopping and waiting.

Got the killer quote from SDHQ regarding an Icon set up but was just wondering if this was something worth looking into as I've No Idea what the Kings price points are . . .

 

Downsouth motorsports are the King people. The have a build your own MT front set up where you can see prices from King, ICON & Fox. Price points seem to put King at the top, ICON second and Fox a close third. There is another manufacturer in Tucson that Stefen just went with, they are worth a look as well.

DSM are good people as well. highly recommend them.

 

Ads shocks is what stefen just got. I just saw them in person pretty impressive.

 

I've heard this from a few people as well. Don't get me wrong, the SDHQ peeps are very good at customer service and we support a local shop. SDHQ is going to lean you towards ICON and Camburg and for good reasons. It comes down to personal preference in the end. I'd be happy to show you my TC/Icon set up and there are plenty other peeps on here that can show you the other flavors.
I shopped around as well but SDHQ really impressed me with the knowledge and service. I can walk in there today and everyone still knows my name. I even called ICON and TC to ask them questions and even they care a shit ton about their customers.

I walked in there and Vince was very knowledgeable and put up with my incessant questions and my lack of knowledge. I was impressed with his patience and how thorough his responses were. Outstanding customer service indeed !

And I would have to say when it comes to quality ( as in Most Industries ) for the most part the higher end products are similar in quality and it comes down to personal preference and experiences. Just wondering why, at least from a new guy on the outside looking in perspective, it seems most people who are serious about reliability with performance mixed in, seem to land on having Kings products on their vehicles after having Icon, Fox etc installed prior . . .

 

dont get me wrong.. I love SDHQ and Vince has helped me out a TON.. I still go to them for other stuff.. just for what I was looking for.. DSM was the way to go.
