Went shopping today and tried to get lower sodium stuff bc my sodium intake brought my bp to like 140/80, where it's usually 110/70. Looking at the labels really depressed me lol. Poptarts, bagels, ham, and my beloved hamburger helper were the main culprits...

I know. I cut the hamburger helper out and subbed it for whole grain pasta and meat sauce. My daily total is about 4300 mg/day. I know the rda is around 2400 mg, but that's for a sedentary person on a 2500 calorie diet. I'm also gonna up my water consumption to 1.5 gal from 1. I don't fuck around with bp!

I dont exercise as much as I should. I tried to do 20 push ups and 25 sit ups during the commercial breaks during nascar races but I bet you guys can figure out how that all worked out. And to whoever said Moe's is better than chipotle SIT DOWN YOU AIN'T THE REAL SLIM SHADY. Wow that was an obscure reference. But just messing around dont get mad at me. But chipotle's burritos are better than Moe's but Moe's chips are better and Moe's is cheaper so just depends what mood I am in. Make of that what you wish. But five guys blows both of them out of the water. Wow look at me rambling about hamburgers on a fitness thread. Ill stop talking now.
