    Nope. Sounds like a nut job shot a soldier, GTA'd a car, drove it to parlament, then forced his way into the building. There's a rumor going around that the Ottawa police and RCMP are waiting for a Canadian Army Tactical Team (JTF 2) that's going to clear and sweep the entire area once they arrive.
