Just got my key from neneago. Works perfect! The first time I tried this from a random ebay seller I could not get it to woek. Neneago seller is legit and what ever he does to the key before shipping works like a charm! Highly recommend thumbs up!

Just got my key from neneago. Got one without the transponder chip as I had an extra key I could remove the chip from. Pop both keys open and transfer the chip, about two minutes and no cost. Another 2 minutes to program the remote part at no cost. All that's left is the have the key cut. Very happy I went with this key and seller. THANKS

Was it for the 14 Prerunner? What method did you use to program it?

I used that method for my key and it didn't work, you could only lock the doors and it wouldn't start the truck (2014). I got a friend at the Stealership to program mine for me.

Hardware version 2.0 will be tested this Wednesday.

    Differences...

    v1 circuit board open
v2 circuit board enclosed like OEM

    v2 less components
    v2 smaller battery

v2 might have less battery life due to size... But having less components should help it out. Hopefully they will last the same.

Exterior Visually, Range and features 100% same

Price "should" Come down depending on how many units I order.

Bad news... The engineer sent me the wrong design. He sent me the remote file burnt onto a flip key. I personally have never been a fan on them. Its built onto the same specs as the VW key but with the frequency and blade of the Toyota 20T. I will get OEM board until next week.

This is why I asked. I would consider a flip key also.

I'd rock a flip key, too.
