been using this for 2 weeks now, thanks to babytaco's friend hooking it up. thought i gave it a review, keep in mind this is the caffeine free version.

Taste: 10/10
seriously taste delicious, if this wasn't a PWO i would drink it just for taste

so the description says no more than 2 scoops, the first time i took it i took 4 scoop, you feel an initial head rush but it goes away after 10 mins. endurance wasn't affected, but it does gave you a pretty good pump. this is not like jacked where you feel the stim, or craze where you get some u feel some euphoria. this is more like a really good blood thinner with some coffee in it.

conclusion: does not affect sleep, good pumps, okay over all, for the price i paid i would buy again.

 

Just paid for mine today, so it should be here soon. I got the caffeinated version

 

My trainer does legs twice a week... So it's gotta be good for something eh? Legs twice a week is for GAINZ.

Here's a shitty quality video of my trainer doing 10 reps of #500. He also has spinal stenosis and 4 buldging discs in his lower back causing him to not go any lower without severe pain... yet he still squats like a beast!

There's no reason for that movement, its explosive, but serves no functional fitness purpose in my mind.

Crossfitters may think different, but.....they would be wrong.

 

Im not saying it has a point. Just saying it would be cool to do that tho!

 

That's those guys that do all kinds of weird calisthenics. I think they do it more for a dance/style thing then gainz. I saw a video of them where they did pushups but like dancing. Similar to Crossfit or disc golf. Not a real sport, more of a hobby that keeps you active.

 

What i see when i watch that video. That's some crazy shit tho.

I see crossfit as a way to see how strong and athletic you are... Like a test of endurance and strength combined. I don't train like that but yes it is cool/fun to see what you can do.
