    the actuator does have a breather. its a rubber hose that goes up to hard line, then rubber hose again, then hard line. thats what was cut on mine which let water into my actuator resulting in the lemon law case. $2 rubber hose cost them over $10k... shitty toyota tech if you ask me.

    I'd say you should look into it and confirm that everything is attached and maybe open up the actuator and see if it looks ok.

    perfect timing now that it has 4x4 issues lol
