On my 2.7 the fuel filter is under the plenum, and took me over 4 hours to replace, talk about aggravating:mad:......

The v6's fuel filter is along the frame (great place) the 4 banger on the other hand is against the block under the intake manifold. Huge PITA.

I find it very weird that many people never fill their tanks all the way.

I only put $40 in it, I didn't use to drive enough to fill it up because I didnt want the ethanol to go bad.

Lol, the code is for an engine coolant temperature sensor malfunction, I replaced it and the truck runs now but it still throws the code. If anyone can tell me where I can buy an OEM temp sensor I will gladly buy it to make the cel go away.

Haha I guess it's something I take for granted, eh? Though I would have never made my truck my DD if it wasn't for the fact that i have a sub 15 mile commute. That's what the Korean Porsche was for back in the day.

14 gallon tank gas is about 2.80 a gallon right now. its usually right around 12 gallons put in or so at 3.80 a gallon. i dont let it go super low so i dont cause the pump to over heat

i usually knock down about 400 miles in a tank if i have to put all 14 gallons in
