    To me, bros are the dudes who only hit beach muscles, workout to get pussy, constantly brag about their arm size, never do legs, drink Monster, etc etc. if I ever fall into that category, shoot me. My goal is to be as muscular and strong as possible with as little bodyfat as possible

    But, in the sense that I believe in squats, deads, bench, and other isolated compound movements, yes, I'm a bro. No need to reinvent the wheel
