looks like cat food. I am eating salads and what not because I am trying to get rid of my acid reflux. to be honest this salad is so freaking big its like a huge meal.

 

All 40 calories of it. My food may not be top chef-worthy, but it packs the mass on. I'm not a big fan of tuna, so I just douse it in hot sauce, which makes anything edible lol

Its not that great. It has a full stick of butter, some almond flour chocolate protein powder, peanut butter and oats in the base. 6 fluffed egg whites, 8oz heavy cream 4 scoops of chocolate protein powder peanut butter and some other stuff in the top portion....then frozen...

 

After its frozen, put it in the fridge....

 

Took the words right out of my mouth.

Bottom two foods on my list of possible meals are salad and chicken breast. Both serve no purpose and taste like shit, (unless smothered with sauce).

Chicken breast can be replaced with a protein shake, since there is no other macro nutrient present. Plus a shake taste 10x better.

Salad can be replaced with, nothing. Which is perfect b/c there is almost nothing in them.

 

Bottle of salsa with a whole pack of skinless, boneless chicken thigh in the crockpot is the ultimate lazy bro food

 

Ate a pack of chicken thighs for lunch today. Didn't have salsa, so just some ketchup and mustard. Mmm Mmm good.
