    morning all. way to show him the road brian.
    ugh guys im so fed up with shit going the wrong way. i take my time to get things done right, having people help me that have already installed one and i never get anything to go my way. put my ypipe on which should take about half an hour to 45 mins. well 3 hours later i finally got it on after countless problems for me to wake up this morning and its rattling. great so i have to find where i pissed up. FML

    yeah man. i was about to give up and trade my truck in on a new tacoma. but im always like that when shit goes wrong.:(

    after work i gotta crawl under the beast find out the source of rattle and hopefully get it to shut up. now i gotta cut for my urd intake......

    I know the feeling. After the suspension, I heard a knocking, turns out I for got to bolt up the Anti sway bar end.

    You will get it sorted out. After all if it wasn't a challenge, it wouldn't be any fun.

    You said that they didn't bolt up right. Are there any gaps between the mounts and frames? Perhaps you need to weld them on after all.

    yeah i know. i think it might be the heat sheild by where the left 2nd cat used to be. i dont know ill find out today. ben you should def come down for my intake today.
    i hear ya john. but i wish just one thing would go right once and i wouldnt have to hack at something to make it work.

    that or put a small shim or rubber washer in the gaps.

    That sucks. My real concern is that if the vibrate that much, what will they do if they hit a rock?

    I know that you really don't want to hear this, but they might firm up if you add some really long gusset between the frame mount plate and the tube. AS long as possible triangles.
