    If you are referring to odometer readings, aren't they stored in the computer, rather than the dash cluster?

    I thought they were stored in the ECU so people couldn't roll them back simply by switching the cluster. :confused: I know this came up on another forum for Corollas when people wanted to switch clusters to get one with a tach for the manual. Seems like the odo reading was stored in the ECU and the cluster is just a dumb display.

    when i read it on Toyota nation there were a couple guys who said that theirs started at 0. this is just from hear say. i haven't done it so im not 100%

    Seems like that would be illegal since rolling back the odometer is, and something that simple would be easier that rolling back the old analog ones! :laugh:
