So today was leg day and I squatted for the first time since my last knee surgery. Which was a year and half ago :anonymous: I know I could have gone back sooner but after having to have the 2nd knee surgery because I went back to early after the 1st had me leery. I was still doing leg day for the last 6 months but just machine work and started dead lifting again about a month ago. I am super happy cause I had no knee pain at all and still squatted up to 5x245 with no issues. I know that's nothing compared to Erick and most of you guys but still happy :yay:

Yeah I waited 6 months after my first surgery and went back to playing football senior year of high school and tore the patella tendon again 2 games into the season. So after the second surgery I was in no hurry to do anything straining on my knee. And that's how I got fat

It was a lot better than I anticipated. So much perfect. I even dipped it in syrup.

They had them at the la county fair this year, but I didn't try it. Kind of seems like the combo that doesent sound or look very good but is probably delicious. Especially if it had an egg on it

    And for anyone without IG

When I first started lifting 5x a week my elbows would always be the first thing to give out fatigue wise. But it went away after a few weeks of lifting. Now my shoulder bothers me very once in awhile though :anonymous:

Always after bench, incline, or military press.

Taking fish oils and glucosamine helped alleviate it somewhat, but its still there.

Oh ok. I've been working out at the gym for about 1 1/2 months now(before that I did free weights at home. I've been doing certain exercises to build up my forarms and I think it's contributing to the tingling sensation in my hands and possibly the elbow discomfort. I do something like this with dumbbells, but, I rest my arm on my leg at a declined angle and hang my wrist & part of my arm off my leg.

Good to know. I think it's time for me to start taking glucosamine and chondroitin again. I'll look into fish oils as well.
