That's roughly what I'm seeing, it looks like its basically just bolt on and 2 tiny mods

I still get a pretty good chuckle every time I see this pic with the Trash-a-roo hanging on for a great ride.

From what I remember reading, cut the dust shield and make sure the rims clear the calipers. I also seem to recall something about the banjo bolts on the brake line but not recalling specifics.

The most important part I read about was the bedding in of the pads. There is an extensive process but don't have specifics.

The ones that came in the URD kit, two step cooler Denso Iridium Power. Gapped them to 0.043" per the instructions. So far, no ping that I've heard, engine seems to be running fine.

Do you know if the TRD 7th Inj included a new fuel pump?

I was doing a quick read thru of some of the threads and that's all I really found. With me upgrading tires in a little an depending on my current brakes I thought I may as well do this

    So Denso IK22's?

And nope. No fuel pump. The TRD kit was a piece of shit.

Mine was throwing a P0171 with just the stock S/C (no URD kit). The troubleshooting section of the installation instructions refers to this as the "lean code". It would come up after extensive driving when I'd get pinging during acceleration.

Code P0171 is one I would expect to show up after installing a S/C and not adding fuel in boost/high rpm. Mine hasn't thrown any codes with the SC and URD kit.

I've never thrown any codes besides a P0330. I bought the knock sensor wiring harness a while back and will replace it this winter. I just find it strange that I can pretty much get the code on demand whenever I want.

I was just saying, that's the one I get after a good pinging. It would be a bit perplexing to me if you are getting pinging but not getting the code.

I got another CEL recently but I think it was from running at redline without the bigger fuel pump, leaning the engine out. Finding out tomorrow for sure what it is.

Hopefully, I can get to installing the new pump soon, get it tuned and not worry about it for awhile.

It's less Tacoma and more mod
Guys I need help. I'm not sure what "big thing" to save for next. I'm on the fence between supercharger or SAS. I know for sure that I want to SAS my truck at some point and I have a friend that has SASd an E350 who would probably give me some pointers and help with installing it all.

On the other hand, my truck accelerates and cruises like a lead bus through maple syrup. However, my motor has never been rebuilt and has 182,000mi on the clock. I feel like it might be a poor candidate for boost without a rebuild and head-gasket (which may or may not be on its way out). Plus, being a 95.5, its stupid ECM doesn't know how to deal with boost anyway so I'd need something to help cope with that as well. Don't get me wrong my engine runs pretty darn well but it is old, and probably needs a new exhaust header too. The header has hairline cracks and the downtube has a missing O2 sensor stud (fixed that with a hoseclamp).

TL;DR: Chump needs help deciding what to waste his money on next.

Replaced my starter... Again... Still just spins -__- so next step should be what ? I did get a code for the crankshaft position sensor so I'm gonna try to access that tomorrow but I'm leabing towards my remote starter wires messing with the ECU. Go to crank it and the starter just spins and will not engage the flywheel which is missing one tooth but I have a new one on the way

So it isn't popping out and inserting into the flywheel teeth?

Yeap. 100 percent sure it's not the starter though so maybe a relay or something
