    Just like this

But I'd like to mount the Pelican box over driver, TREDs over passenger, and Rotopax in the middle similar to this

I have a set. Chux has seen me use them twice, or maybe 3 times.

sometimes they are all you need, sometimes they don't help worth a shit. my tires have just about rubbed off all the nubs on the front of the ramps from spinning the tires. all in all they are super helpful in the right situations, or with the right other stuff. shovel, hi lift, treds, makes a great self recovery kit. add a winch, and you're very self reliant.

the price is higher than other places but with free shipping it saves you a couple bucks.

I've heard the shittybuilt ones suck. Have never seen a comparison between maxtrax and TREDs though.

Yea the smitybilts look chincy imo and Maxtrax are just crazy expensive. I think the TREDs will work great at an average price for most of my self recovery needs being on the beach. Thanx to Josh at least I know they can get ya outa wet sand along the oceans edge

The smittybilt version are very hit and miss. Some people break them the first time out. I used mine for over a year pretty frequently for a variety of situations. I will say the one has a large crack in it now but it took a 5th wheel toy hauler loaded up with a 4 seat razr, 4wheeler, fully loaded with water and fuel to do it. Came across the guy when going elk hunting. He had jack knifed the trailer on a tight corner where a channel had eroded the shoulder. We basically bridged across eroded slope to keep is axle off the ground and to keep the slope from sliding more. Still useable even with the crack. Like I said though. Very hit and miss. I think I got lucky with my set.

I just moved into a new house so when I settle in I can finally get some stuff done. I have to finish up new led strip cap lights for the bed along with wiring my camping lights to the OTRATTW switches I put into the bed side wall. Along with that finish my idea for the roof rack and integrate the roof light bar, same day cuz the switches will be next to each other I gota wire up the OBA. And a few small things here and there, and saving for a HC rear I'd like to order in February.
