How old are you? I wouldn't just start taking the Glucosamine and forget about the issue at hand. Might be an error in form causing the pain, a mobility issue, etc..... Taking the pill MIGHT help a little, but won't prevent damage due to outside forces.

Tingling sensation? Explain, like a nerve or loss of blood flow to your hand? Cuz that can be bad, is it in just your pinky and ring finger? I had a similar issue mine was do too a trapped ulnar nerve in my neck but it can also get trapped up by your elbow. if you have a tight pronator teres, try some soft tissue work on that muscle it contributes to alot of peoples elbow pain and gets tight if u tend to death grip your weights. Theres lots of other nerves that can get trapped in there too. Anyone whos is serious about lifting should have a good chiro that does soft tissue work, i know there expensive but they keep you pain free and help prevent/catch injuries before they get realy bad.

Edit: and for forearms personaly i belive if u want big strong forearms just hold heavy shit. Farmers carrys, cleans, dont wear straps doing deads and theyll build themselves. Only time i wear straps is for snatching and snatch accesory work like pulls and what not

I get that tingling in my ring and pinky finger sometimes. I always wondered what caused it. I get it in my bicep every now and again too

Bingo. Yeah...I just talked about it with my lady during lunch(She works in Physical Therapy) and she said that I should back off and not do those exercises for a few days and when I go back to them, use less weight. She said the tingling sensation is probably a nerve issue. =0/

Jealous of crossfit ?!?! if I wanted to pay $300 a month to cram into a industrial building and watch people dry hump the air and have a seizure while doing a pull up I will go visit my down syndrom cousin, take him to the park and buy him $300 worth of ice cream and still see more gainz.

So is that people who hate crossfit are all body builders that hate on it because its not strictly lifting or what? Why do people hate it so much?

went fishing yesterday and fell out of the boat, so my phone is toast...it's kind of liberating, actually. I'm so glad no one got that shit on tape...it was horrible

I did about a year ago and it was due to my muscles growing faster than my tendons, so the tendons in my elbows were being strained. I went lighter for a few weeks and my tendons finally caught up with the muscles and it's been fine ever since.

I don't know why I hate CrossFit so much...I just do. It may be the lack of form, the nonsensical exercises, the "cultness" of it, their arrogance in that they believe Crossfit is some fucking revolutionary breakthrough that is the only correct way to do things, etc.

The arrogance comes from the person who believes them to be arrogant because they don't like crossfit. Arrogance is the "bro's" standing in front of the mirror taking selfies... Should we go back in posts and name those guys?

what would make what you do any different than crossfit other than the "stupid" exercises that nobody actually does?

There are extremes in both disciplines, and in reality you are no different than that crossfitter you make fun of ;)

This is a gym AND fitness thread, we all have somethig in common in that we like to work out. Some have different ways of doing that. I have yet to see anything to do with fitness... Just a bunch of bro's measuring their biceps.

I know I know, "don't like it? GTFO!" I learn a lot in here and apply it to my workouts which makes it fun and different for ME. I like aspects of all exercise but don't feel the need to express how stupid something is because I don't/can't do it.
