Hmm, yeah....Going lighter on the weights is probably a good idea. I've decided to do the same in hopes it will fix the issue.

As someone who fishes - a lot - and has dropped his phone in the water - a lot - buy a lifeproof case

What's sad is, I have one. I have an Otterbox and a Lifeproof and I flipflop between the two. My retarded ass just so happened to have the Otterbox on yesterday. Won't be making that mistake again. Got the 5s on the way though. I was gonna get the 6, but I'm on my grandfather's account b/c he is retired from Verizon and gets HUGE discounts, but employee account members have to wait a few months to get new phones due to demand, which blows b/c now I can't get the 6 until after Christmas #firstworldproblems

You sound like my girlfriend. She always takes her lifeproof off and uses another case. Then when she didn't have the lifeproof on, she dropped it and broke her screen.

I NEVER take my lifeproof off. Ever.

Ya, after this fiasco, the Lifeproof is on forever.

That's what my Grandfather has, but it's just so freaking big!

I screwed my diet up yesterday. I fell asleep at like 7 and didn't wake up until just now, so I missed like 4 meals lol. Gonna make up for it today, though....might go to Zaxby's.

This is the wife working with her posing coach. She learned how to properly show off her back which got, "Holy shit look at that back!" responses. lol

    5'3", 120lbs, 9.3% body fat

She did 4 reps of as wide as she could go pull ups with a 45lb kettlebell around her waist, last week as a PR.
