I like Oliver a lot, he just faced a good run D last night. Matthews will definitely make a difference though

Yeah Oliver is good, just had a rough night but I'm so use to matthews being hurt, I just wish we still had woodhead, such a play maker.

Oliver is great, but hes small...not as small as sproles was (who btw is having a killer year)...Im dissapointed in some of the calls but the Chargers had their chance. It was nice to keep the broncos from scoring for the first quarter. Broncos secondary coverage was tight. Rivers paid for tryting to force it, although the second interception should have been called for a PI. This is an interesting article by a broncos writer on the fumble...he says it should have been SD ball...I agree! http://www.milehighreport.com/2014/10/24/7061343/did-andre-caldwell-fumble

I'm a huge Broncos fan, and even though I was very happy that they got the ball back, I totally agree that the ball was moving before his forearm hit the ground. Definitely should have been SD ball.

Jahleel Addae #37. He shouldn't have been in there after that first one which was like the first play of the game.

I just hope the injury bug stops hitting the Charges so hard. If the can get some players back and keep everyone healthy they will be a contender and a scary team come play off time.

Same with the 49ers. Between injuries and legal bullshit, half our defense is gone.

Yeah Denver really had some home cooking with the officials. The Weddle int that was overturned on a pass interference was a bad call too.
But Denver is better right now. Hopefully in December the Bolts will be healthy.

I've been watching the bolts for at least 40 years & I'm so close to just labeling them "the team that almost was". I pretty much gave up on them when they kept Bobby "Dumbass" Beatherd & fired Bobby "I got you to your only superbowl" Ross & absolutely DID give up on them when the decision was made to re-negotiate & extend contracts for Big mouth
AJ Smith & ineffective Norv "Got no game" Turner, all teams have injuries
& tho' yeah it hurts a teams chances when starters are sidelined but I put most the blame on the Chargers failure to put rings on their fingers on the Spanos family & their choices in front office management

Been a Bolt fan for 35 years so I hear ya. Norf and A.J. were a waste. Norf was handed a GT40 and turned it into a Pinto. But I like McCoy and Tom I think they have changed the whole atmosphere around Chargers park. Its a family atmosphere now. Players have a say they feel like they are part of something. I think they are headed in the right direction..
Just get healthy and make a run get into the play offs and you never know...

Oh I def. agree, Hiring McCoy was the smartest move they've made since getting rid of those 2 dead weights & McCoy has def. giving me hope again, I think he was the offensive co-ordinator for Indy wasn't he ?? Wherever he came from he has stepped up to be a great 1st year head coach from what I've seen so far....

He was quarterback coach in Carolina under Fox when DelHolme? was the QB. And was in Denver as Offensive coordinator in Denver for 2 years I think before coming to S.D. At any rate I think he is what this team needed.

Ben Roethlisberger is the only QB in NFL history to throw for 500 yards twice. Crazy stat when you think about all the greats there have been
