Well, last week I cut out my hamburger helper. This week, I'm going to try to get rid of the deli ham. Rather than cutting all my salty shit out at once, I'm simply taking 1 thing out a week. Probably going to replace the ham with tuna.

Also, the gallon jug of water is proving to be a success, as it always has been. When drinking 16 oz bottles of water, I usually drink 6-7 per day. I've already filled my gallon jug up once today and I'm already halfway done with gallon #2, so hopefully I can start getting in around 2 gallons per day.

One of the most difficult parts of being a lifter and drinking enough water to support some kind of joint health... having to pee at a moments notice and getting about 15 seconds from initial feeling to Houston we have a problem.

I'm only drinking a shit-ton to keep blood pressure low on my bulk. On cuts, my bp is better than perfect, but on bulks, I eat so shitty, it gets high, so I'm just trying to keep it down. I always try to do at least a gallon a day b/c it makes me feel better, but I guess as long as you're not passing out from dehydration, you're fine lol.

Truth. I pee like twice an hour, so school days are a bitch for me. It's an hour commute to and from school, so I usually am about to fucking bust by the time I get to school/get home. I also have had to leave class to pee a few times.

The absolute worst part of lifting to me is hitting macros (eating). It's such a fucking pain on the weekends. In order to hit all my macros, I've got to eat every two hours. If I don't, I'm stuck with like 1500 calories to eat right before bed, which fucking blows. For example, we went fishing Friday and I was probably 1500 calories under my goal. Saturday, I fell asleep early and missed two meals...that's 1000 calories. Yesterday, we shot guns for a few hours, so I missed a meal, which is another 500 calories. So, This past Friday-Sunday, I was shy 3000 calories! That shit adds up. 9 times out of 10, I'm good for 6 days a week and usually screw it up one time on the weekend, which isn't too bad, but screwing up more than twice a week starts to hinder progress for me. It's tough trying to balance a social life while trying to make gainzzzzzz

that is when you just down a couple 1,500-2,000 cal shakes 2 times a day. When I bulked a whiiiiile back that was the only way I hit the macros and my cal numbers
+ eating a ton but the shakes were key to getting there.

Sun-Fri, I'm perfect...I get to eat every 2 hours and I hit my macros, no problem (which is about 3800 calories on a bulk). Saturday, I usually get about 4 meals in and start watching football/fishing/etc and the diet goes out the window. If I know it's gonna happen, I go to Subway and get 2 foot-longs and eat them throughout the day, which usually is around 2500 calories. I just need to start making that a Saturday ritual.

So true, on my hour and half drive from riverside to San Diego that I have to do like twice a week for work. I know all the exits with the gas stations that have restrooms that don't harass you to use them.

my bench has gone up, i feel like my body respond way better with higher rep work, 6-12 range for strength gains, but once i reach plateau, i need to do low rep work to break it.
old PR for bench was 315x1(i know i know) new pr is 295x6
