Finally got something hooked up to my relay box!

LED lights installed. I got a panel cut to hold the switches, painted it to match the truck, and installed/wired it all up.

These lights are really bright!

You are gonna love em'. I got 73,500 out of my first set, rotated religiously every 5-6K miles. I did the chalk test with them to determine the best PSI for the front and back. Mine worked out 30 up front, 28 in the rear. I am now on my second set about 20K miles in to them. There will be a third set I am sure next time too. They have about a 285 width tread to them and if I rush my driveway which is at a 40 degree angle while turning sharply I get just a tad bit of rub. But the truck has to be flexed pretty good to make that happen. Since it is my daily driver it'll never see flex on rocks and such.

 

Do we really need to rotate tires every 6k miles?? if so I'm due for a quick rotate on my fairly new Terra Graps.. After they go, I'll probably go duratracs

 

Yeah, I don't even know. I kinda wonder if the new frames have brake lines, etc already run, and they just cut/re-terminate to the rubber hoses and controller. This can't be good for them if it takes 2 weeks per truck to complete. Or what happens when they get in there and more shit breaks? Do I get a new truck?!

 

It makes them wear evenly front and back. You don't have to rotate them but the fronts will wear much faster than the back ones if you don't.



This is what 73,500 looks like when they get there. All 4 of mine were this same height due to regular rotation.

 

Yea, my fronts were quite worn when I got my Terras.. That was a little of the previous owner and myself. Good call.

Probably do it every 10k or so, we'll see haha. Or let em wear so I have a reason to get another set
