Had a blast up there last weeekend. I wish we could have made it with ya'll down Sierra Skyview. We came out of Pine Tree Run just in time to see the last one of ya'll to descend down the trail. We were making our way there via Scorpion Pass Overlook when this happened

We would have ran more earlier in the day with ya'll put my started crapped out on me Friday night when we got there and I didn't want to be a hold up on the trails if I stalled out.

I was surprised by skyview as well when we pulled up to it. Definitely need to run some of these trails in reverse.

Two little scrapes on the skids? That's it?

It's amazing how confusing the park becomes once you get down a trail or two. This list time I finally figured out where the nasty climb is that I've attempted twice in the dark before.

Last year we unknowingly took on Sierra Skyview going up instead of down. Was a bit hairy for my first time out there, my rear locker helped for sure.

Yeah. That's it. Took it going down a little too quickly.

I had worse injuries on my toe and face while in the camp.

    Lesson here: never stop wheeling.

So the plan is to run a particular trail, get everyone turned around, and run it again? I like it!

That is going to make linking up trails interesting though.

Run them one way in the morning. Run them reverse after lunch.

Depending on when in December, I may be up for a drive back out there.

    That works as well.

Did you guys run Wiley Coyote? I need to figure out which trail we were on when I almost launched into a pond. I think it may have been Sidewinder.

Just looked at the satellite image. We were running sidewinder backwards and I came up to the crest of the exit with too much speed. When my tires started to dip I realized it wasn't flat up top and hit the brakes. My spots lit up the muddy pond quite nicely.

I had Susan and Ms. Susan in the truck. Could have been bad, but was fun in the end.

If the access road wasn't so bumpy, I'd highly suggest bringing in a 1/4 barrel keg for the trip.
