    So here is the deal. I took my personal rack off the truck today to do some cleaning and wax the roof before winter. Never got around to the cleaning but coming soon I will be test fitting some new products so the side rails that were on my truck are up for grabs. They are powder coated and in fair to excellent condition. A little dirty but I will clean them up. The kicker is that these are steel. A little heavier but still functional. If you are interested pm me and we can figure out a fair price.

    Added a little PRINSU Color to our long lost Toprac. Also ditched the flaking paint and went for a textured powdercoat from Powder Extreme Coatings here in Utah. They did an awesome job.

    This is what I have planned for my rack. The defelctor will have a cutout for a 40" light bar to fit in. I will either put a 40" or a 30" with a amber pod on each side for kicks and giggles. Possibly a sing row bar, maybe a double. Looking at these guys for a light bar. They make all sizes. They are a local company here that makes top notch stuff. Pricier that Amazon but comparable to other mid range light bar companies.

    Nothing wrong with rigid. But the heretic guys have an eye for aesthetics that I appreciate. If their craftsmanship and engineering are as good as the looks then they have my vote. Plus they are local.

    I can make it work with any straight light bar 40" or shorter. Curved bars or 40" + will need a different approach but I can do those too.

    Mike Trusso, user Luka I believe. He has the files for all the original side rails and deflectors. Not sure what his status is as far as getting started making them or what he will be making though. This design is something new and wasn't part of the deal we made but I am sure he could help you out by modifying the drawings he has. It really is just a cutout that clears a 40" lightbar housings with a little extra room for model and manufacturer variations. If he isn't able or willing to help you out let me know and we will work on something.

    I like the new design even better. How do you run the wires? I don't want to drill holes in the cab.

    Not necessarily a new design. Just an option for people who want an integrated lightbar fitting. As far as I know there isn't any way of doing it except drilling. I guess you could maybe run it down the a pillar somehow.
