People in here are to arrogant to aknowledge the positive aspects of crossfit...insted the prefer to flame it and point out all the negitive things, which come with any sport, hobby etc...i laugh when people call it dangerous, look at football, mma, moto, basketball to name a FEW but they dont get a bad wrap. compare the injury rates. see whats more dangerous.

just to warn you, most crossfiters dont survive in this thread.

I think crossfits great i focus my training around it, but as a competitor i do more olympic lifting then actual metcons/traditional crossfit.com style stuff.

but i also dont bash other forms of exercise because...i dont feel the need too, im more mature than that...

Maybe ill write a new program called...brofit it will be crossfit styled and done in groups at a box but revolve around movements like bicep curls, bench press, and clav raises. However u have to keep ur HR under 50% mhr because then there would be to much cardio and who wants to do cardio!? Fuck your heart and lungs, bitches cant look at thoes! Insted of paleo it will revolve around iifym and lots of beer but protien will have to make up 90% of the macros. Never will have a leg day because you can always just wear pants, pre workout will be in the chalk buckets. Im gona make millions! Still in the developmental stages all tips welcome

Haha I like Crossfit bashers! It won't hurt my feelings. I eventually want to compete also. That's a while from now though

    I'm in. I'd pay 3-400 a month for that.

Shit i forgott about price...has to be more than a car payment but less then your morgage 4-700 im thinking...coaches will be certified by showing proof of schooling up thru 8th grade and then by passing a 10 question test which follows a 15 minute video on how to be the best trainer ever

Sounds like it's twice as hard as getting a Xfit cert. Too much work for me. But I'll gladly pay the 4-700 to get "coached"

Millions will be made on this idea. I think Dom Mazzetti needs to be the lead coach at brofit

1: maybe crossfit didn't work for them or wasn't their style or didn't fit their goals, labeling someone as arrogant and then turning around and said you're more mature, perfect example of a crossfitter.

2: they don't survive because this isn't a crossfit thread, go survive in the crossfit thread.

3: competitor? We'll just leave it at that.

Because crossfit bashing happens in here you think we are arrogant or ignorant, no, we don't do crossfit because it doesn't fit our goals. Nor do most of us keep our heart rate below 50%. Bench and curl and calf press are not only the exercises we do.

Most have a well rounded exercise program that fits their goals and stick to it. Most know that the ideal working heart rate is 115-145 bpm, and above that is cardio range and below is close to resting/recovery range. Most don't need to eat paleo because its not part of their program.

A crossfitter calling other arrogant is the most oxymoronic statement I've heard in forever.

Always something to bitch or fight about.
How about we are all here to get fit regardless so we can FUCK all the babes while the fat fucks sit at home and whack off!??!?!

Can we agree on that at least? Unless you are gay. Not that there is anything wrong with you wanting a sausage up your ass.
