Finally back in Virginia. Worst flight I've had so far. Delayed for 6 hours then the little tabs didn't work 9 hours of boredom.

 

What's up fellas? I already posted in the nova thread but I'm probably right in the middle everyone... Is anyone interested in helping a rookie install my OME kit? Want to do it myself and learn a bit but a little overwhelmed at the task... Not to mention its a new truck and experience is reassuring!. I can pay in beer!

 

Willis: welcome when we're you lookin to get this done? I'm actually finishing the install of mine this weekend and have done a billy install a couple times as well

 

Thanks! Love this place! Well I think if my gf trips over the boxes one more time she may kill me... so sooner than later. But- I have a wedding in cville this weekend so that pretty much rules out Fri/Sat. Anytime other than that really. I'm willing to drive wherever to meet and can definitely lend a hand to anyone else needing some modding help.

 

I don't have a good place to do it unfortunately but you don't really need much space and I've got everything minus a jack and jack stands in my truck

 

Hm. I have a big warehouse to work, also have stands/jacks. I do not have a torque wrench/impact or air tools though. Although I could possibly borrow some. Only problem is that it is up in Gainesville...

depends on how this moving comes along and maybe ya'll can come over and use the lifts. It'll have to be when I have a free weekend and I haven't had many of those in the last 3 months. Thinking second weekend in November?

 

Had a LOT of fun, only got to wheel Sunday morning cause I was doing all the charity stuff but had a blast! You should come out next year when you have less Orange on!

 

Thanks man. I know how that goes, I'm swamped too this time of the year. Second weekend of Nov. sounds good to me! As eager as I am to get these things on my truck and off the floor, I really want to learn how to do it myself. Plus- since i'm new here it would be nice meeting some of yall.

Do to a "miss-communication" I didn't get to go to general population, instead, I was stuck in a tiny room with no bed for 4 days. I was between two cells they hold mentally ill people in. It was awful. I haven't showered in 2 days. More details later. I'm just happy to have it behind me.

Im back!! Went off the deep end for a little bit. I needed to eliminate all distractions from my life due to a big change about to take place. I need to get all my ducks in a row before the big move takes place. From now on I will just be on here from time to time but wanted to let everyone know that Im back and yes the truck is gone!
