    Thanks! I didn't have enough time left to do paper mache. This is one of those 12" styrofoam 1/2' ball's you can buy and I stretched felt over it. I always make his costumes out of felt so I couldn't really change up this time. I tried the garbage can route and that was all screwed up. When I folded the top in it looked like a tampon. I said right then this is going in the trash and I'll go with what I know and am used to doing.
