Yeah it wont be fun I am sure. I plan on feeding her a banana (a real one, lol) to avoid cramping while on stage. She competes in the physique class, so there is muscle posing and a routine to do, but the girls are not as big as bodybuilders and much much much more feminine.

Any contest carb loading advice? I think we have it figured out, but one can always improve.

    What are her current macros?

Also - I would utilize a glazed donut (2/ 30min before stage) or liquid syrup....it'll bring out those veins pretty quickly for stage.

She's been in ketosis for the last 10 days, zero carbs, lots of protein and fats, 1.5 gallons of water a day.

Today she had a blueberry muffin and a bagel for breakfast. For the most part it will be white rice, plain spaghetti, smoothies and some protein, avoiding fiber because it will cause bloating. Of course its low sodium time too.

Because fat melts off like butter. She likes Daniel Duchane's book "Underground Body Opus" and follows that loosely. One of her degrees is in nutrition and she knows the ketogenic diet works. The goal is less than 8% bodyfat at contest time.

I've been doing the ketogenic diet too, its the only diet I have actually lost weight with, nearly 20lbs the last few months.
