Got rid of your duratracs or KOs? What would you recommend for a all year round tire that's good in snow? I know nothing will beat my old Subaru on blizzaks but that's a trade off I'll have to take.

No, I got rid of my KO's. I haven't ran the duratracs but everyone raves about them. I just bought Cooper ST Maxx and I'm anxious to see how they perform in snow. But you're right, nothing will compare to the Subaru with blizzaks. You could always get some blizzak for your Taco

I can say this general grabber at2 s are close to ta ko's with that they sucked in the snow absolutely horrible. The duratracs grabbed hold and never let go.

Virtually the same tread pattern. ^^^
I believe the tire compound is different and people noted a bit better snow performance from the Grabbers than the KO's
I can't believe the KO's are severe weather rated...

I have 5100's at 1.75 with 265/75/16's and they rub very lightly at full lock. Wheels are 16x8 0 offset and 4.5 bs. It's so light I may not even trim for it, not sure yet? I think they're rubbing the drop down part of the wheel well in the front. Is this what people trim? Do you just cut it off flush or what?

Not a Taco but just got some yesterday on our Tundra, rubbing a little more things than our 285/75/16 BFG AT KOs did.

I can't find a clean shot but here's the old ones for comparison.

So far I kind of like them because they are a lot more aggressive looking. Partially why I got rid of the KOs off my truck, so I have the KM2s now. They have a similar aggressive look.

Nice looking truck! I like both tires but the KO2s look a little more aggressive, which I prefer. I am comfused why you are rubbing more, according to the specs the original BFGs are a tad wider and taller than the KO2s. Maybe yours were worn? In any case, hope it's not too much trouble on my Tacoma. I only have the standard OME lift on right now.

I'll probably replace my no-name A/Ts with these in the spring. Looks like the size I'd need for my 17" wheels isn't coming out until then anyway. Got the snows and 16" wheels on now.

Thanks. Yeah that's weird. It's rubbing spots our last ones never did, like the front bumper. We do have our overload springs on and tightened right now so it's lifting up the rear a little, but he's loosening them up so it will hopefully it will stop rubbing the bumper.

Thanks! I'll let you all know how they do in the snow, if we ever get any at this rate

It is encouraging to see 34x10.5-17 size on the list. It looks like BFG says it will actually measure out at 33.5". Still would be a nice size to try.

What would be really cool is if they offer this size in the KM2 Mud Terrain.

Loosened the overload springs and lowered the tire pressure a little, Discount put them at 50 lbs  so rides a little smoother and is not rubbing as bad on the bumper. Only does it if we hit a large bump. Give it a few thousand miles and should wear down enough to stop.
