I work out 5 times a week for 1.5-2.5 hours every time working out different muscle groups every day. I have started eating very healthy and already notice results.

    I already take.

You should be getting more protein with that right? Mix it with milk. Also, after each workout run on the treadmill. You trying to tone i assume? If so you should be using the light musclemilk. The one that barely has any calories.

I can tell you right now your not taking enough protein, per every 1lb you weigh you should consume 2grams of protein. Try to cycle in a new protein too ones with casein and glutimeine in it because these are the more long term proteins. Use the muscle milk for your morning proteins and what not but use a mass gainer for after your workout. I also use a pre-work out NO product, NO-Explode is a popular one I use a different but you have to find one that works for you. Eating is very very improtant though. No one can really just build you a work out with out seeing you work out. Different people need to isolate different parts of there body. Try negitaves if you are a a plataue in your work out.

I forgot to mention that I am trying to build muscle rather than tone up. I still eat very healthy however so I watch where I get my calories from. I do mix it with skim milk and I only use .5 servings 2x a day. I get around 90 grams every day atleast. thanks for the advice

I think you work out too long(2.5 hrs) and are over training, try a 3 on 1 off split and get it done in an hour and do cardio after for 30 mins

You don't need to take any of that muscle drink crap, that stuff isn't going to do much for you. Just lift weights correctly like you need to and you will be fine. It takes time to bulk up, not over night.

Yea. It will take time too so dont get upset. Also, try Fuzion. I buy it at Nutrishop. Also you can take a BCAA too if you want.
