So much for waiting for Black Friday deals...dammit impulse buying!

Today, I said screw it and scratched the itch and went ahead and pulled the trigger. From what I can tell, I pieced together something of a budget lift that should meet my needs. Curious if you Gurus couldn't take a look and see if there are any holes I need to patch up before install day.

    OME 885 Coils - $156.80 - Free Shipping - Amazon
    OME CS047R Dakars - $386.64 - Free Shipping - Amazon
    Bilstein 5100s F/R - $295.64 - Free Shipping/No Tax - CarID.com
    Light Racing 25470 UCA - $370.72 - Free Shipping - Amazon
    Wheeler's Dakar Bushing Set - $15.69
    Wheeler's Driveline Drop - $12.35
    Wheeler's U-Bolt Set - $29.95
Wheelers Poly 3/8" Spacer (Driver Side) - $8.50
Wheelers Poly 1/4" Spacer (Passenger Side) - $7.50

    Total Setup - $1,283.79 + Shipping of Wheeler's Components

Is there anything I'm missing here? Do you guys recommend I move from the 1/4" and 3/8" spacers to 1/4" and 1/2" spacer to accommodate Taco lean?

I picked up the truck recently and it has a good sized spacer installed up front and an AAL in the rear to clear 285/70/17 Trail Grapplers. It also looks like there is a pretty hefty spacer being used in the front for additional clearance. Truck looks pretty nice as is but rides like crap and I'm hoping this new setup will get me closer to where I want to be.

I've done quite a bit of reading but can't recall anything else i may need. Strut bushings? If so, which ones?

    Thanks for your help

Would suggest new, longer bumpstops and brake lines.

FWIW, you won't see those 5100s from CarID until the end of November. I was on the phone with them this morning.

That's pretty cheap for Light Racing UCA's hopefully they are the new ones. Not the older versions with crap bushings and such. And yeah I was gonna get my 5100's at Carid, but the wait is to long. Got them at Headstrongoffroad.com instead.

    Hmmmm....Really?

I think I've also already uncovered an issue with the rear 5100s I ordered. It says they're good for 0"-1" of lift, but the Dakars will be lifting more than that, right? They are P/N 24-186728. Looking on Down South Motorsports site, I see that I probably need the 24-214667 shock that allows 2-2.5" of lift.

    Crap.

    Dakars provide 2.75" of lift

I agree, I thought it was cheap for the UCAs as well, although I was unaware of an update to the arms. Is there a way to tell which ones I get when they arrive or a particular question to ask to see if they are the ones I want?

Just ask if they come with the SpecRide bushings

Not kidding. I cancelled my order with CarID this morning after being on hold 10 minutes while they called Bilstein to see if they shipped my shocks on 10/29 like I was told. Disappointed. There is a nationwide backorder on them, which is why I'm surprised Headstrong has any in stock, if they do. I called them but got no answer.

Well, I'm waiting to chat with someone at CarID to cancel the order. Guess I'll see about switching over to OMEs then.

I think you have to call to cancel the order, and when I called this morning their call volume (automated) said it'd be 17 minutes until a representative was available, but there's an option to have them call you when your spot in the queue is available. Took about 10 minutes or so after I did that to get a call back, 10 more minutes on the phone after that. Refund in 3-4 business days.

Stacey F is cancelling my order via Live Chat as we speak.

Here I thought I was all good to go... Guess I'll end up spending more on OMEs after all.

Oh sweet. LiveChat was way more efficient. Doubt I'll do business with them again but good to know their LC is useful.

Surely an online retailer doesn't have stock from that long ago.

Also, CarID chat lady seems confidnet that if I didn't cancel my order that these shocks would ship out on 11/03 without issue. Wonder what's going on. I cancelled anyway.
