Sweet! That'll give me some time to get in a routine while all the house stuff is going on.

Well its a land Cruiser with a diesel so I've got that going for me.
Picked up a 80CF bottle and we are ready to weld.

Wqs going to do the 150CF but would have had to wait a bit for approval from Arcet. Better priced than Roberts.

Also after seeing Aaron's UCA gussets I am on the fence about installing them. I'll stew over it.

That's going to be one of my winter projects if I can find some 3/16" sheet at a decent price.

Totally derailing Loco's mod day thread...

Paul - Are you talking for a Half???? I hope so...

I would not recommend a 12wk plan for a first time full marathoner... period.
OR for that matter, anyone that hasn't been already running AT LEAST 15 miles/wk.

We'll talk Chris. I got you!

Shamrock is a half. Not a serious one either and pretty flat. A good starter I think for Chris.

Most definitely talking about the half for chris keene. 12 week plan should be doable. . Thoughts

As for me I'll sign up for the full. I'll know for sure today. I'm going to do a 12 week plan for the full since I'm good to go. Could you make a plan for me coach!?
Shamrock is a full and also a half. Believe they have an 8k also..

Last one from me... I promise.
    Free Bump?? :p

Concur. It would be a good first timer half due to it's flatness.

It has a full also, I ran it last year. I would say it is as "serious" as you make it. Also, being a very flat course and in the cooler months it is perfect for a PR attempt (so long as it isn't too windy, 2014 saw sustained north winds avg 18mph).
