    I already know I'm gonna get demolished in the squat arena. I'll try it though. I'm not expecting any more than 13-14. About to go do bench now...

    do we? i think everyone has a different idea of a real squat because mine is if you go well below parallel and have your feet about shoulder width apart but some might disagree. I'm just clarifying because i normally bottom out to get full range of motion. but if people are going to 90deg. in a exaggerated "powerlifter" style stance with only 225 then they'll have a huge advantage on everyone else so thats why i asked about a standard like hip crease below the knee because thats easily measurable and shows you just broke parallel and obviously full lockout at the top

    squat I'm hoping to do okay on got 335x10 earlier this week, muscle endurance in my legs is what I'm good at from racing bikes lol

    bench press: 135x10, 225x12, 225x10, 135x15
    bent over barbell rows: 3 sets of 20, 15, 13 @ 85 lbs
    machine shoulder press: 3 sets of 12, 10, 10 @ 145, 125, 115
    cable crossovers: 3 sets of 10 @ 80, 70, 70 lbs
    machine row: 3 sets of 12 @ 170, 160, 150 lbs
    side lat raises: 3 sets of 15 w/ 20 lb dumbbells
    machine curls: 3 sets of 10 @ 100, 90, 90 lbs
    machine triceps extensions: 3 sets of 10 @ 200, 180, 170 lbs

    Now time to consume about 3000 empty calories via Bud Light tonight :drunk:

    Usually on college football Saturday's, I try to limit it to about 15 a day. We're having a huge party tonight, so I'm upping it to a 30 pack lol. I've got a buddy bringing some moonshine, too. Usually when I plan on drinking more than 30 (about twice a year), I try to drink 12 oz of water in between each beer, but after about 15, that shit goes out the window and I'm left severely hungover haha

    pretty much, but you still piss it out, either way. I just do it to stay hydrated. A lot of people make fun of me for drinking light beer, but if I'm partying for 8 hours straight, I'd rather be able to drink 30 light beers, opposed to a six pack of Guinness or something lol.
