Chandler/Gilbert are the fastest growing when it comes to housing prices. You need to get in fast and get that equity rolling. This is what's helping me get rid of my PMI quicker. I can't wait until that shit is gone and I have a 800$ MTG payment.

Nice, air brushing takes a lot of time and practice to learn. I just finished flaking a wheel barrow for a planter, been painting a lot of odd stuff lately.

He has glass and a tube bumper. He has found some fox ext travel triple bypass for 1100, but they're meant for a ranger. Idk what the kit is and idk what gussets are. Haha. I haven't done that much research.

Oh I know. I've tried telling him that. He's trying to ball on a budget.

Well if he goes bolt on they have to be 8 inch stroke bypasses and it doesn't matter of they are meant for a ranger you can valve em differently.

Oh I know guys. I've been talking to him about it for a while. Originally he was going Mt then he found those kings and now he wants lt. Haha. I keep telling him to do research but idk if he is.

I told him if he really wantwants to do it, but a 1st gen and lt it then. He would have plenty of money at that point. But he loves his 2nd gen.

I try keeping up in the lt bs, but idk what half of what they're talking about is. I'm not worried cuz it's a long way away before I go lt.

The problem is he's a college student trying to do all of this. I jumped on my truck because it was already built pretty well. Because I knew I wouldn't have money for a lift until after school. He will realize how expensive it is sooner or later.

Some of us college students are on hefty scholarships that allow us to spend stupid amounts of money on truck parts
