Aight first off, ride height does nothing to help clearance tires except at ride height. If you are rubbing while flexing then you need to cut more. Now as for the springs, they kinda told you right. The length of the spring only affects how many threads are showing on your coilovers. If you want more lift then you need stiffer springs to hold the weight of the truck. You really have no option other then to put more preload on your spring though. There isn't a 750# spring and you can't run a 15" spring. The problem with preloading that 14" spring is coil bind. Cool bind occurs when the coils bottom out before the stroke of the shock. Cranking down on the springs means that they are already compressed without the shock itself compressing so when the shock compresses and compresses the spring more then you run the risk of coil bind. I can't tell you where the limit is before this will occur but if it does then you won't be happy.

The fact that you already have 14" springs may give you the illusion that you have little preload of the springs now but they are preloaded just as much as a 13" spring would be. You crank down more on them and you only get closer to that dreaded coil bind.

Just got home from dead man's farm and camp criddington (cherokee caverns).

I haven't been to a haunted house in years and it was a blast. Any of the knoxville guys wanna go to the caves tomorrow night it's 15.00 unless you went tonight then it's only 10.00. They had the woods closed since it was raining and sleeting there for a while. If I had to pick one over the other after being. Cherokee caverns wins.

Well, since im bald (by choice) I did the best I could to recreate the Tony Stark/Robert Downey Jr hair style. Kari had to cut some of the hair off.

Im not wearing an iron man suit, I just made myself an ark reactor, shaved my face up, and put on the wig. I just have on black jeans with a grey long sleeve shirt. Kari has a better picture, I'll upload it later after she sends it to me.

My truck was supposed to get made up for the evening but with the rain it did not happen. We bought a shit ton of red plasti dip and we're going to splatter it on the truck and then bloody handprints all down it. May still do it tomorrow so the plasti dip doesn't go to waste. I can't think of anything I need to dip red. Plus it's non aerosal.
