    CV's should not be spinning at all with unlocked hubs...
    I can see if locked hubs and 4wd change anything tomorrow.

    Ok, now I don't know if it holds true but I've read here a couple times that if the clicks & other anomalies go away in 4x mode then it leads to a wheel bearing, but like I said this is just what I've heard...

    Honestly I am thinking CVs because the noise changes when locked/unlocked.

    Have you pulled the locking hub assembly off to inspect it? The fact it does it when unlocked versus locked indicates to me it's something with the hub disconnect. You have a rotating part interfacing with a static part part because they are unlocked. If that interface is screwed up or something has become damaged in the locking assembly, perhaps it would create this noise. Just my two cents and the first place I'd start after watching your video.

    Good idea, if I unbolt the outer hub assembly is it easy to figure out how it goes back together?

    how can it be the cv if its making the clicking noise while the cv isnt moving in my opinion it has to be the bearing or the manual hub assembly its one of the two.

    could be the needle bearing inside the hub, between the two brass bushings clicking???

    Sounds like the possibility of the manual hubs not engaging and disengaging properly. I would remove the actual locking hub in its entirety, then spin the tire again.

    The part I have my nails on has some movement in it. Almost 1/8" of play. Thinking this is my culprit! Anyone?

    So I just greased it up and put it all back together and free spun it with my hand, NO CLICKING!! :woot: :woot:

    Going to test it out tomorrow and find out if it just was a dry hub.

    Thanks BamaToy for the idea, that made it clear the noise was not the bearing!
