    Maybe word has finally gotten out in the neighborhood about you.

    I didn't have nearly as many kids as I was expecting. Last year I was mobbed - probably 80+ kids last year. Saw maybe half that this year. Lots of apartments in my neighborhood so you'd think the kids would want to come here - 20 doors per block instead of 10 in a regular neighborhood

    I was always out late too. Always had dad with me - Halloween was our thing - but we covered a lot of ground. Most kids have parents with them now, we don't see a lot of the drive door to door thing unless its really cold and the parents just sort of follow the kids in the car and the kids can jump in and get warm when they want to. I used to love Halloween when I was little and I know its sort of a dying tradition so that's why I stay home every year and hand out candy
