Dude, DO NOT take your car to Havoline, or any of those quick service joints. They just did an undercover story on those places in the atlanta area. they had hidden camera footage of them not changing oil and filters on cars. not just one location, but the majority of them. not sure where you are located, but my shop in roswell would be more than happy to take proper care of your truck. Honest-1 Auto Care in Roswell, tell em Matt sent you.

I watch them do the work, and I know the guys that work there. The one in snelliville has worked on all my family's cars and trucks. I do change my own oil though. They replaced my drive belt today.

You could prob Google trans flush but I'll tell you how to do it. Get about 2 quarts more than your trans capacity of fluid. Get 2 5 gallon buckets. Fill one with trans fluid. Get 2 hose that fit over auto trans lines that go in radiator or cooler. Figure out which one sucks and which one blows:rolleyes: stick the return line in bucket of new fluid wait with truck running wait til the all the old fluid is pumped out and the new. Cherry red fluid starts coming out then cut truck off and hook up trans lines.

What joke! Got my quote from Carmax and was about what I expected. What is a joke though is they said they deducted 1k for my wheels and tires! That's an $800 set of brand spanking new BFG's. They said if I put the factory wheels I'd get the extra 1k. Crazy. But it works for what I'm doing so doesn't really matter. Just thought I'd share.
