OCG has a nice ammo selection for a decent price, but they don't liek people browsing lol. XRing is small but really helpful guys.

I agree 9mm is a good starter. I got my .40 because I always wanted a Glock 23, and I thought HPD used .40 so I wanted to get used to the recoil, but I have since found out they use 9mm. But now I can easily shoot my friends Glock 17 since I'm more used to the recoil, but he can't shoot my 23 very well :p

So in the past month i have done a little work my truck

I have completed the rear for now and think it looks much better
    [IMG]

Still working on the front but it has come a long way just waiting for the ARB front bumper/ snorkel and i will be happy with it

the reason the ammo can is covering the front plate is because the dam thing causes so much glare you cant even see the front of the truck

I keep meaning to go into XRing because I've heard good things about them and they're closer than the Honolulu shops. My initial exposure to OGC was for FFL transfers on group buys from Colt and Sig - I've always been pleased with them. Only negative I've seen is that they charge a small percentage fee if you use a credit card so cash is king.

I started on a Beretta 92FS (nice but heavy) then went to a Glock 17....loved that gun and wish I'd never sold it. P228 and P226 have been my favorites though.

Saw your truck at the parking lot sale, it's looking really good! I liked the curb flexing you had going on :D

If you want to spend some doars, go to galleryofguns.com.. XRing and OCG are distributors so for almost nothing you have access to 70,000 guns lol that's how I picked up my .22 bolt at XRing. Was $290 out the door for a 22" threaded barrel Marlin XT-22RZ. I'm pretty happy with it.

Ron...thanks, but I changed my mind. Last night when installing it, I had a bunch of issues with the catch can fitting inlet/outlet sizes not matching with the hoses, so I was pissed...lol I've decided to get the necessary parts to make it work since I'm so far into the damn thing. It's a metric vs. standard issue...

I recommend though that no one buy this brand!!! Unless you want to jury rig hose reducers and extra clamps to make it work.. It's a PITA, but I'm almost done

I miss my LAW Rocket, Multi-pupose Flame Weapon and M203 grenade launcher...those were the days!:D

I like H&K, my cousin has a .45 and it's pretty awesome. But I can't justify the cost right now, just like a Sig.

yeah they do…but not everyone wears an orange vest and anyone can go out there and shoot. I like down side though.

I just came back from honaunau. Driving up the road a nice big sow getting blinded walking across. Then nothing the rest of the night……
get back, i like hunt grounds with action.

Thanks, I did one like that awhile ago in the same exact spot with a tripod and my jeep. Got nice milky blur in the waves. No ND filter, was just dark, low ISO, and kinda long exposure. I really want to recreate that with the taco. This wasn't with my camera either, cause it wasn't supposed to be my photo shoot :D
